Alyson “Aly” Bolton joined the firm after earning her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Scholarship and gained hands-on experience through simulated client interviews, memorandum drafting, and moot court and negotiation competitions. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College, where her studies sparked a lasting interest in litigation and advocacy.

Before joining the firm, Alyson interned with several respected Virginia legal institutions, including Magee Goldstein Lasky & Sayers PC in Roanoke, the Botetourt County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, and Advocate Law, PLLC. Through these experiences, she assisted in both civil and criminal matters, conducted extensive legal research, and developed a strong understanding of courtroom practice and case preparation.

Born and raised in Botetourt County, Alyson is proud to serve her local community. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, kayaking, and hiking throughout Virginia’s Blue Ridge region.
