Chelesea Vaughan brings over a decade of legal experience to her practice of family law and criminal defense. As managing partner of Advocate Law, she has dedicated her career to help clients navigate the complexities and issues that can arise in these sensitive areas of law. Ms. Vaughan has a thorough understanding of family law issues including divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, as well as expertise in criminal defense cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies carrying life sentences. She believes in protecting the rights of her clients and is passionate about advocating for their best interests. 

A graduate of Liberty University School of Law, Chelesea’s approach is rooted in empathy and zealous advocacy. She is known for her aggressive representation in the courtroom and strategic thinking in negotiations. She thrives in high-stakes situations, leveraging a bold approach to litigation that has earned her a reputation as a formidable advocate.

Chelesea Vaughan is native to Southwestern Virginia and was raised in Botetourt County on an equestrian farm.  When she’s not working, Ms. Vaughan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and staying active in the outdoors.
